NIS EXPRESS in Florida is offering a structured, highly supportive CDL training program designed for new graduates. The program guarantees earnings during training and provides mentorship, paying weekly and continuing into full pay as you go solo.

Trainees will operate 100% no-touch dry van freight within the East of I-35 territory, with strict access restrictions for NYC. Training includes 4–6 weeks with a mentor, and benefits start after 30 days, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license (minimum age 21).
• Minimum 120-hour completion certificate from an approved CDL school.
• Stable work history and clean driving/background record.
• Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Solo Earnings Potential

• Guaranteed Floor: Minimum $1,000/week guaranteed during your first 3 solo months.
