Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A Trainee Driver for Southeast regional training. You’ll train with an experienced mentor, then move into a brand-new truck on an Eastern Regional Fleet with weekly home time.

During training you receive guaranteed weekly pay; after solo, expect $1,500–$1,600 per week, with top earners at $1,800+ per week. 2,500–2,800 miles per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced mentor and transition to a solo driver.
• Operate regional routes with weekly home time.
• Move to full solo pay after successful training.

Job Type: Driving

Ready for your first driving job? Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own brand-new, fully loaded truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet running routes that get you home every week.

Pay & Miles

• Guaranteed weekly pay during training
• $1,500 to $1,600/week once solo
• Top 20% earn $1,800+/week
• 2,500 to 2,800 miles/week

Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
• $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck
• Hands-on instruction on pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs
• Ride along and learn real routes before going solo
• Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
• Immediate transition to full solo pay after successful completion

The Job

• Regional routes, weekly home time
