Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL-A Trainee Driver for a Southeast Regional Paid Training program. You’ll train with an experienced mentor and earn weekly pay while you learn, then move into your own truck and run regional routes with weekly home time.

The program includes 4–6 weeks of training, orientation pay, hands-on instruction, ride-along, and guaranteed pay during training. After completion, you transition to solo pay with assigned equipment and regular home time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• New CDL-A holders welcome; no experience required, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Regional routes with weekly home time.
• Assigned truck after training.

Job Type: Driving

Ready for your first driving job? Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own brand-new, fully loaded truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet running routes that get you home every week.

Pay & Miles

• Guaranteed weekly pay during training
• $1,500 to $1,600/week once solo
• Top 20% earn $1,800+/week
• 2,500 to 2,800 miles/week

Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
• $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck
• Hands-on instruction on pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs
• Ride along and learn real routes before going solo
• Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
• Immediate transition to full solo pay after successful completion

The Job
