Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is launching a CDL-A Truck Driver Trainee Paid Training Program. Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet, with routes designed to get you home every other week.

Pay during training is guaranteed weekly. After solo, expected earnings are $1,500–$1,600 per week, with the top 20% earning $1,800+ weekly and about 2,800 miles per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• New CDL-A holders are welcome, no experience needed, just the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• No-touch, drop and hook dry van freight.
• Regional routes.
• Assigned truck after training.

Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
• $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck
• Hands-on instruction on pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs
• Ride along and learn real routes before going solo
• Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
• Immediate transition to full solo pay after successful completion
