After training, you’ll move into your own truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet, with routes designed to keep you home every other week. The program includes 4 to 6 weeks of hands-on training, orientation pay, and a path to full solo pay.

• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.

Ready for your first driving job? Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet, running routes that get you home every other week.

Pay & Miles

• Guaranteed weekly pay during training
• $1,500 to $1,600/week once solo
• Top 20% earn $1,800+/week
• 2,800 miles/week

Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer
• $300 orientation pay on your first paycheck
• Hands-on instruction on pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs
• Ride along and learn real routes before going solo
• Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
• Immediate transition to full solo pay after successful completion
