You will operate tractor-trailers safely, manage delivery receipts and temperatures, and maintain DOT-compliant logs. You’ll work with DDH and PeopleNet devices to ensure on-time, undamaged deliveries to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet eligibility requirements in internal policy.
• Ability to read/understand labels and bills of lading.
• Perform calculations to verify quantities.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
• Safely operate a tractor-trailer and related equipment.
• Read/write in English to perform tasks safely.

Responsabilités

• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and secure lines.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Inspect equipment for defects pre/post trip and submit inspection reports.
• Document deliveries and temperatures using DDH; ensure secure cargo.
• Ride with Driver Trainer to learn driving and regulatory practices.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations.
• Assist with unloading and delivering to customer premises.
• Provide on-time delivery and handle returns/credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
