Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking a CDL-A Team Driver. Home time is Weekly or Every Other Week depending on domicile. The role offers mileage-based pay and a potential $8,000 team sign-on bonus for teams that have worked together at least 90 days (excluding FL and CA).

Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850. Benefits are available after certain service milestones, with open‑enrollment windows applicable to plans such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• No more than one serious traffic violation in the last 12 months.
• No critical accidents in the last 12 months.
• No DUI in the last four years.

Job description

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.

• After 180 days of active service you may elect the company 401(k) plan.
• Benefits must be elected during open‑enrollment windows.
