Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers for routes across the United States. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on the driver’s domicile.

The compensation includes mileage pay ranging from $0.52 to $0.74 per mile based on verified experience, plus $75 for clean DOT inspections and an average weekly earning of $1,300–$1,850. An $8,000 team sign-on bonus applies if teammates have worked together for at least 90 days (excludes FL and CA).

Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license.
No DUI in the last four years.
No critical accidents in the last year.
No more than one serious traffic violation in the last year.

Job description

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
$8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.

Benefits

After 60 days of active service you may elect Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
After 180 days of active service you may elect the company 401(k) plan.
Benefits must be elected during open‑enrollment windows.
