Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers to join our Denver, CO team. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on domicile, with competitive average weekly earnings and mileage pay based on verified experience.

Benefits begin after 60 days of active service with medical, dental, vision, and optional life; a 401(k) plan after 180 days. Sign-on bonus of $8,000 for true teams (requires 90 days together; FL/CA excluded).

Job description

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.

Benefits

• After 60 days of active service you may elect Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
• After 180 days of active service you may elect the company 401(k) plan.
• Benefits must be elected during open‑enrollment windows.
