Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking a CDL-A Team Driver to operate across long-haul routes with home time weekly or every other week depending on domicile. The position offers competitive mileage pay, a per-mile minimum, and a per‑inspection bonus.

Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850, with a $8,000 sign-on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver) after 90 days. Benefits begin after 60 days and a 401(k) plan after 180 days of active service.

• No more than one serious traffic violation in the last year.
• No critical accidents in the last year.
• No DUI in the last four years.

Job description

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.

• After 60 days of active service you may elect Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
• After 180 days of active service you may elect the company 401(k) plan.
• Benefits must be elected during open‑enrollment windows.
