Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers. Earn $0.74 per mile maximum and $0.52 per mile minimum based on verified experience, plus $75 per clean DOT inspection and an average weekly income of $1,300–$1,850. A sign-on bonus of $8,000 for true teams is available ($4,000 per driver) if the team has worked together for at least 90 days.

Exclusions apply for FL and CA. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on the driver's domicile.

• No critical accidents in the last year.
• No DUI in the last four years.

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.

• Benefits must be elected during open‑enrollment windows.
