Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking a CDL-A Team Driver to operate under team arrangements. Home Time is Weekly or Every Other Week depending on domicile.

You’ll earn mileage pay from $0.52 to $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience, plus $75 for each clean DOT inspection, with typical weekly earnings of $1,300–$1,850. A true team can qualify for an $8,000 sign-on bonus ($4,000 per driver) if the team has worked together 90 days, with exceptions for FL and CA drivers.

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.
