Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on domicile. Earn competitive mileage pay and bonuses based on experience; an $8,000 sign-on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver) if the team has worked together for at least 90 days. Excludes FL and CA drivers.

Maximum mileage pay is $0.74 per mile, minimum $0.52 per mile. You can earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection. Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850.

• Valid class A license.
• No more than one serious traffic violation in the last year.
• No critical accidents in the last year.
• No DUI in the last four years.

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.
