McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Shuttle Driver to deliver full trailers to the domicile and bring empties back to the Distribution Center. The role emphasizes safety, On-time performance, and accurate DOT compliance.

You’ll inspect rigs, secure loads, log hours, and may handle line haul or backhaul when needed. We value reliability and dedication, offering day-one benefits and long-term stability as part of a 130+ year industry leader.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a sufficient level for job tasks and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection report
• Ensure product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations
• May perform line haul and/or backhaul
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products
• Other duties as assigned
