Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Shuttle Truck Driver to operate a tractor-trailer between distribution centers and shuttle yards. You will switch loaded trailers with empty ones and ensure accurate loading, routing, and documentation.

Position involves safety checks, time logging, and trailer hookups. Requires a CDL-A with DOT endorsements, at least 21 years old, and a minimum of six months trucking experience (or three months in foodservice delivery).

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A with DOT qualifications and endorsements.
• Minimum six months commercial truck driving experience or three months food service/food & beverage delivery experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer between distribution centers and shuttle yards, swapping loaded and empty trailers.
• Check routes, account numbers, and customer invoices for loads.
• Perform safety checks and log time in the electronic system; connect/disconnect trailers and secure equipment.
