Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates to begin full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive strong support to move into solo work.

The Offer at a Glance includes $850 per week during paid training, expected solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week, paid mentor program, and paid orientation. An assigned truck is provided after training, with home time options weekly or bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Good driving record and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor training and join regional driving assignments.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight during the training and after.
• Move to solo driving after successful training and assigned truck.
• Follow safety procedures and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Utilize 24/7 dispatch support and company benefits as applicable.
