10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a regional driving role. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and gain the experience needed to transition to solo work.

The program offers $850 per week during paid training and expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor and begin regional driving.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight and progress to solo driving.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT/FMCSA rules.
