10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates to start a full-time regional driving career. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to move into solo work.

The role offers $850 per week during paid training, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, weekly pay, and a path to an assigned truck after training. Home time is weekly or bi-weekly, with comprehensive benefits and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record meeting DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor training and regional experience.
• Operate no-touch dry van freight during regional assignments.
