10-4 Logistics USA offers recent CDL-A graduates a structured, paid mentor program to start a full-time regional driving career. Trainees begin with an assigned mentor and no-touch dry van freight, progressing toward solo driving with supported growth and a company-provided truck after completion.

The program includes weekly or bi-weekly home time, paid orientation, and 24/7 dispatch support. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance from day one, plus 401(k) and time off

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Be a recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Have a satisfactory driving record.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor-led training.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Move into solo driving with support from the team.
