Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for its Eastern Regional fleet. You’ll train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and gain the experience to move into solo operations with a assigned truck after training.

The program includes weekly pay during training, strong support from dispatch, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance from day one plus a 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL and be a recent CDL school graduate.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training with a good driving record.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train with a paid mentor during paid training.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight for the regional fleet.
• Progress to solo driving with an assigned truck after training.
• Access 24/7 dispatch support and comply with safety policies.
