10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A school graduates for full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive support to move into solo work.

An assigned truck awaits after successful training, with weekly pay and orientation included. Benefits include company-paid tolls, a fuel program, 24/7 dispatch, pet and rider policy, and day-one medical/dental/vision insurance plus a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Be a recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Have a satisfactory driving record.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one mentor during paid training.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Move into solo work with an assigned truck after training.
