Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is offering a driver training program for new CDL-A graduates. Trainees will ride with an experienced trainer for 4 to 6 weeks, learning trip planning, backing, and proper logbook/EOD compliance on real routes and loads.

During training, weekly pay is guaranteed at $1,000, with typical weekly earnings ranging from $1,300 to $1,500 once solo. Travelers and pets are welcome after training, and orientation is paid with travel and lodging arranged by the company.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and age 21+.
• 120+ hours completed at CDL school.
• Stable work history and clean driving/background record.
• Active DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Learn trip planning, backing and maneuvering, and drop & hook procedures.
• Follow dispatch instructions and company systems while training.
• Progress to solo driver with guaranteed pay during training period.
