Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL-A graduates to join a structured, supportive training program that pays weekly and guarantees income during the transition into solo dispatch. You will train with a mentor, gain real-world OTR experience, and move quickly to full pay.

The role focuses on East of I-35 territory with no NYC, 100% no-touch dry van freight, 12 days on assignment / 2 days at home, and take-home options after training.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum age 21.
• 120-hour CDL school completion certificate.
• Stable work history and clean driving/background record.
• Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Complete the training program with a mentor.
• Transition to solo dispatch with guaranteed earnings.
• Operate 70/30 mix: drop-and-hook and live load/unload while adhering to safety rules.
