Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL-A graduates for a structured training program. You’ll ride with a trainer for 4–6 weeks, performing real loads on real routes, not a classroom. After training, you’ll transition to solo driving with guaranteed pay and a clear path to earnings.

You must have a valid CDL-A, be 21 or older, complete 120+ hours of CDL school, maintain a clean driving background, hold a DOT medical card, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Riders and pets are supported after training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-A and be at least 21.
• 120+ hours completed at accredited CDL school.
• Stable work history and clean driving and background record.
• An active DOT medical card and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced trainer for 4 to 6 weeks while running real loads.
• Learn hands-on trip planning, backing and maneuvering, and drop-and-hook procedures.
• Gain experience with log books and ELD compliance and dispatch communication.
• Move to full solo pay immediately after training completion.
