Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL-A graduates to start a structured, highly supportive training program that pays you weekly and guarantees income as you transition into your new career.

During training you will receive 1-on-1 mentorship, weekly pay, an orientation pay, and a clear path to full solo pay with no-slip seating and home time of 12 days on assignment / 2 days at home. Territory is East of I-35 with no NYC, 100% no-touch dry van freight.

Qualifications

• CDL-A graduate with clean driving record and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Completion certificate from an approved CDL school (minimum 120 hours).
• Stable work history and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 4–6 week mentorship period with a dedicated trainer.
• Drive 12 days on assignment / 2 days at home after training.
• Operate 2022+ Freightliner or Kenworth automatic trucks with APU.
• Perform no-touch dry van deliveries and maintain on-time performance.
