Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Class A CDL required with valid medical card and driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform manual loading.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and compliance in route operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team with Route Helper.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Demonstrate physical stamina for repetitive duties throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle on assigned routes to remove used tires from customer locations.
• Manually load, stack, and secure tires, often weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Obtain signatures and complete service documentation at customer sites.
• Complete DOT logs, route paperwork, and bills of lading with accuracy.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections; report safety concerns.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operate with DOT and company safety standards.
