Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Eugene, OR is seeking a Class A CDL Route Driver to safely pick up and load used tires on assigned routes. You will work with a Route Helper to load and stack tires and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety rules.

This full-time role requires minimal supervision, strong safety focus, and the ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and customers along the route.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Valid Class A CDL and FMCSA driver qualifications.
• DOT physical, background, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned routes to remove used tires.
• Load, stack, and secure tires with a Route Helper.
• Manually handle and stack tires up to 50 pounds.
• Complete required service documentation and DOT logs accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and compliance with DOT safety policies.
• Communicate route status and issues with dispatch and customers.
