Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Concord, NC is seeking a CDL A Route Driver to safely pick up and deliver used tires on assigned routes. You will work with a Route Helper to load and stack tires, document required records, and maintain DOT compliance.

You must meet FMCSA requirements, have a valid CDL A, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role demands attention to safety and customer-facing professionalism on every stop.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• DOT/FMCSA compliance knowledge.
• Able to work in a two-person team.
• Safe driving and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicle on routes to remove used tires.
• Load, stack, and secure tires with Route Helper.
• Complete required route paperwork and documentation.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip inspections and DVIRs.
• Maintain DOT logs and keep equipment clean.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
