Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is hiring a CDL A Route Driver in West Fargo, ND. You will safely operate a Class A vehicle to collect and deliver used tires along assigned routes, working with a Route Helper to load, stack, and secure tires at customer sites.

The role requires DOT/FMCSA compliance, a valid CDL, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Occasional overnight travel may be involved depending on route demands.

Qualifications

• Must meet FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the workday.
• Experience with manual loading and customer-facing route service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A vehicle on assigned tire-collection routes.
• Work with a Route Helper to load and stack tires securely.
• Obtain signatures and complete required service documentation at customer locations.
• Maintain compliance with DOT logs, bills of lading, and route paperwork.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections and report deficiencies.
• Communicate route status and delays to dispatch and customers.
