Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Class A CDL Route Driver in Saint Martin, MN to safely pick up and transport used tires along assigned routes. You will work with a Route Helper, loading and securing loads, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules.

The role requires lifting tires, following safety procedures, and communicating with dispatch and customers. Expect to be away 3-4 nights weekly during peak season; a $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered and

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent.
• Meet DOT physical, background, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record per DOT standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A vehicle on routes to remove used tires.
• Load, stack, and secure tires with Route Helper.
• Complete DOT logs, bills of lading, and service documentation.
• Perform pre/post/ en-route inspections and report safety concerns.
• Ensure loads comply with DOT safety requirements before transport.
• Communicate route status with dispatch and customers.
• Away from home 3-4 days a week during peak season.
