Blue Ridge Haulers is now expanding our regional fleet and seeking professional Class A CDL drivers living in Bethlehem Pennsylvania and nearby counties within our 50 mile hiring area. Whether you are stepping out of trucking school or bringing valuable miles behind the wheel, our Northeast regional routes offer competitive pay, consistent freight, and quality home time every single week.

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,600 to $1,800 weekly ($1,700 typical average)
• Trainee Pay: $850 weekly during 4 to 6 weeks of dedicated training
• Starting Mileage Pay: $0.80 per mile starting rate, with up to $0.85 per mile based on experience
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Weekly Mileage: Average of 1,800 miles per week
• Home Time: Reliable weekly home time for optimal work life balance
• Operating Area: Regional coverage across the Northeast region running from New England states down to Virginia
• Freight Type: 100 percent touch dry van with full hand unload or unload assist
• Driver Training Program: 4 to 6 weeks paired with a certified trainer for drivers with under 6 months of driving experience
