NIS EXPRESS in Waco, TX is seeking regional drivers. Whether you’re brand new to trucking or already running solo, the seat works the same: steady freight, growing pay, and two weeks of home time that end at your front door.

Routes cover TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, and IL with 1,700–2,000 miles weekly. Trainee pay is $850 per week during training; after solo dispatch, mileage pay applies and a performance bonus is paid.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience.
• Team drivers welcome.
• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older.
• Clean MVR and background check; must pass hair and urine drug testing.
• 120+ hours of accredited CDL training required.

Responsibilities

• Regional freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, and IL.
• 1,700 to 2,000 miles weekly.
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook.
• Home every two weeks.
• Day and night dispatch; weekend work may be required.

Pay

• Mileage pay by experience level, regular OTR pay package
• Average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,450
• Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Performance bonus paid on miles, fuel, and safety
• $15 stop pay
• Trainee pay of $850 per week during training

• Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
• Only requirement to start: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school
