Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking new CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. Recent graduates receive structured hands-on training, mentorship, and guaranteed weekly pay from day one. Expect a transition to solo driving in a modern fleet after successful training.

The program includes a 3–4 week paid training phase at $850 per week plus a $300 orientation bonus, then earnings of around $1,800 per week for top performers with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. Just finished CDL school? Skip the guesswork.
