365 Freight USA in Albany, NY is seeking recent CDL graduates to join a paid mentor-led training program for a regional driving career. You start with one-on-one mentoring before moving into your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

During the program you earn $850 per week in training pay and, after qualification, can expect solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. The company offers full benefits, rider policy, and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL program.
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and teams.
• Maintain safety and compliance during all driving.
• Progress from mentor-led instruction to solo operations in an assigned truck.
