Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Forrest City, AR, seeks drivers for refrigerated freight lanes across the South and Midwest. Trainees start with paid training, then solo dispatch with competitive weekly pay and a guaranteed boost after milestones.

Expect 1,300–1,500 USD weekly gross, with 25 stop pay and a performance bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Home every two weeks, depending on location.

Qualifications

• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the last 5 years.
• Clean driving record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated freight on set lanes across the South and Midwest.
• Maintain logs and safety compliance while on the road.

Job description

Forrest City is under an hour from Memphis, one of the biggest freight hubs in the country. This reefer fleet hires new CDL holders right here, trains them with pay, and runs set refrigerated lanes through the South and Midwest.

Paid Training

• Training with an experienced driver trainer, 4 to 6 weeks on the road
• $650 a week during training
• Solo truck after sign off
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months after your first solo dispatch

Refrigerated Freight

• Set lanes through Texas, Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia
• About 1,800 to 2,000 miles a week
• Home every two weeks, depending on location
• Some live loads and live unloads

Paycheck

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Sliding pay scale
• $25 stop pay plus performance bonus
