American Driver LLC in Griffin, GA seeks CDL-A drivers for OTR reefer runs with home time every two weeks. Training pays $850 weekly during orientation and early training phases.

Solo drivers earn $1,300–$1,500 weekly with 1,900–2,800 miles, plus a $100 short-haul bonus and a monthly performance bonus. Benefits begin day 30 and include medical, dental, vision, Rx, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL grads welcome or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Handle refrigerated freight across East and Midwest with day and night runs.

Job description

We're hiring new CDL-A drivers in Griffin, Hampton and Spalding County for an OTR reefer seat. Training pays $850 a week. Solo pay averages $1,300 to $1,500 a week with no unloading, and you're home every two weeks.

Here's what your paycheck looks like at each stage, from the first week on.

Orientation, up to 2 days:

$300 once you're hired. Your hotel is covered and your bus ticket is reimbursed.

Weeks 1 to 5 in training:

$850 a week. This is 200–250 hours with a mentor, learning backing, trip planning, logs and fueling.

Months 1 to 3 solo:

at least $1,000 a week, guaranteed. You're in your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed.

Month 4 and on:

$1,300 to $1,500 a week on average, on 1,900 to 2,800 miles. That includes $100 flat on short hauls and a monthly performance bonus.

Every stage pays weekly.

What earns it

Refrigerated freight across the East and Midwest, with day and night runs. You don't unload. Weekend and holiday work is part of it. You're home every two weeks.
