Job summary

American Driver LLC in Florida is seeking CDL graduates to train for regional delivery work. Trainees earn $650 weekly during orientation and advance toward $1,200–$1,300 weekly with miles and stop pay as they go solo.

Shifts run evenings into the night, with layovers and two days off midweek, returning home on most nights. Comprehensive benefits follow after 30 days of employment.

• Afternoon starts 3–8 PM, driving 9 PM–9 AM.

Space Coast drivers: store delivery nights across Central Florida, with two days off midweek.

No experience? That is fine here. Recent CDL school graduates are hired for this route and trained on the job.

What you earn

• $650 weekly during training
• $1,200 to $1,300 average per week
• Flat rate per load plus stop pay and mileage
• 1,600 to 2,400 miles weekly

How we get you from CDL school to solo

• Call: we talk through your license and record first. No surprises later.
• Orientation: up to 2 days, hotel covered, one-way bus fare reimbursed, $300 after you are hired.
• Training: 4 to 6 weeks riding with a mentor who helps with backing, logs, fuel stops and route planning. Pay is $650 weekly.
• Solo: your own truck, fleet average age 1.5 years, 10-speeds and automatics.

Day to day

Afternoon starts between 3 and 8 PM, mostly driving 9 PM to 9 AM. Runs cover Central Florida and some into GA and SC.

What new drivers usually worry about

• "Will one ticket disqualify me?" Not by itself. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• "Do I have to pay for orientation?" No. The hotel is covered, your bus ticket is reimbursed, and you are paid $300 once hired.
• "What if I have a problem on the road?" You are not on your own. Trips are planned for you and your driver leader picks up the phone.
• "Will I be gone for months?" No. You are home most nights, with a layover about every other day and two days off midweek.
