Job summary

Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. seeks local and regional line drivers to join our 110-year legacy serving WA, OR, ID, NV, UT, AZ and CA. Earn competitive mileage pay (0.78 per mile) and $33.17 per hour, with pay for drops, hooks, fuel stops, and wait time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements required at time of application.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No doubles experience required — training provided.
• Clean driving record with no DUI or similar within the past 3 years.
• Strong communication skills with customers and co-workers.
• Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
• Navigate challenging road conditions, including inclement weather.
• Consistently meet reliability and safety standards.
• Be prepared to chain up as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or nights if required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
