Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. is seeking an experienced Intermodal truck driver to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis. Expect 99% no-touch freight with 90% drop-and-hook, and routes within AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.

CDL required with HazMat within 90 days and Tanker preferred. Live within 100 miles of Fairburn, GA, with at least 3 months of Class A experience. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,385 to $1,690, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, plus orientation, PTO

• Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Fairburn, GA.

Average pay: $1,385-$1,690 weekly

Home time: Weekly

Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience

Overview

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.

• 99% no-touch freight that is 90% drop-and-hook.

• Drive within AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
