A logistics company is seeking an Intermodal truck driver based in Hilton Head Island, SC. In this full-time role, you'll haul freight containers with guaranteed weekly home time. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 months of CDL driving experience and reside within 100 miles of Savannah, GA. The position offers competitive weekly pay between $1,250 and $1,530, along with various benefits, including medical insurance and 401(k) matching. Intermodal truck driver

Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience

Average pay: $1,250-$1,530 weekly

Home time: Weekly

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 100% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN and VA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 100 miles of Savannah, GA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
