Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for intermodal routes within 200 miles of Edwardsville, IL. This role involves hauling freight containers on company-owned chassis with night driving required and a mix of drop-and-hook work. Eligible drivers have a Valid Class A CDL, may hold tanker or HazMat endorsements, and live within 50 miles of Edwardsville.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
