Job summary

Schneider National is hiring Intermodal drivers in the Edwardsville, IL region. You will haul containers secured to company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch freight and a 75% drop-and-hook model, operating within a 350-mile radius of Edwardsville.

The driver role includes strong pay potential with mileage and load pay, plus on-duty hourly pay, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months for experienced drivers and comprehensive benefits. Orientation and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements strongly preferred.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
