Schneider National is seeking Team Dedicated drivers to haul sporting goods in California. The job features 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop-and-hook, 2–4 loads per week with 1–3 stops, and routes across the Western 11 states.

Team pets are welcome under the policy. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly on duty, a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of $10,000 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced).

Overview

• Haul sporting goods to and from retail stores with dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
