Job summary

Schneider National in the Phoenix area is seeking experienced truck drivers for Team Dedicated routes hauling sporting goods in dry van trailers to retail stores. This role features 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook, with 2–4 loads per week and 1–3 stop-offs per load across the Western 11 states.

You can take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy. Earn competitive mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, with a weekly guarantee of at least $1,000 in your first 90 days,

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• Live within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
