Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated routes in California. You will haul sporting goods in dry van trailers, performing precise maneuvers and backs, with 2–4 loads weekly and 1–3 stops per load.

Expect driving across the Western 11 states while enjoying a pet-friendly program. You’ll receive mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty, weekly guarantees in the first 90 days, performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and annual bonus potential up to

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
