Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated operations. Haul sporting goods in dry van trailers to stores, with 100% no-touch freight and a mix of drop-and-hook.

Expect slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, 2–4 loads weekly with 1–3 stops per load, within the Western 11 states, and the option to bring your dog or cat under the Team Pet Policy. Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
• Experience with dry van operation preferred.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
