Schneider National in Minnesota is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for dedicated routes. You'll haul building materials on flatbeds, unload with moffettts, and deliver to homeowners, job sites, or businesses from Monticello outward.

Schedule Monday-Saturday starting at 05:30, with a 200-mile radius, 5–6 loads per week, and pay with hourly wages plus weekly performance pay. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k) with match and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Live within 50 miles of Monticello, MN.
• Experience with moffett forklift and flatbed hauling is a plus.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
