Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated full-time drivers for our Schneider Dedicated driving program. Drive flatbeds within 200 miles of Bloomington, MN, hauling building materials and unloading with Moffett lifts.

You will follow a Monday–Saturday schedule starting at 05:30, with consistent weekly miles, reliable home time, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• Haul building materials on flatbed trailers.
• Unload freight with Moffett forklifts.
• Haul freight directly to homeowners, job sites, and businesses.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• Work a Monday–Saturday schedule starting at 05:30, within 200 miles of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
