Schneider National is seeking a Dedicated Driver to haul building materials on flatbed trailers within 200 miles of Monticello, MN. This role offers early start times (0530) and a Monday–Saturday schedule with multiple stop-offs per week, delivering to homeowners, job sites, and businesses.

Compensation includes hourly pay, weekly performance pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or $5,000 for new drivers, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and an annual bonus

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-6 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Monday-Saturday schedule starting at 0530.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
