Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated flatbed hauling. You will haul building materials with flatbed trailers and unload with moffetts, maintaining a steady schedule within 200 miles of Bloomington, MN.

Expect early starts, 5–6 loads per week, and consistent home time with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and paid orientation. Comprehensive benefits and tuition support are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Experience with flatbed hauling and moffett unloaders a plus.
• Clean driving record preferred.

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-6 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Monday-Saturday schedule starting at 0530.
• Drive within 200 miles of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
